AI agent adoption in software development

We’ll help your team use AI effectively and safely.

We provide hands-on consulting and mentoring directly within your codebase. For individual developers and entire development teams, in Czech and English.

The difference is not whether a team uses AI, but how it uses it.

Where many teams are today

  • Some developers use AI every day while others avoid it. There are no shared rules or proven practices.
  • Developers use only a fraction of what AI tools can do, often without proper configuration, context management, or a thoughtful approach to delegating tasks.
  • AI-generated code is sometimes merged without thorough review because careful code review takes time.
  • AI agents run on local machines with access to production credentials or sensitive data.
  • License and API costs keep rising, but no one really knows whether development has actually become faster.

After clear rules are in place

  • A shared agent configuration lives directly in the repository, so the entire team works by the same rules and achieves consistent results.
  • Developers know when and how to use AI, how to work effectively with context and agents, and how to get the most from the tools where they genuinely add value.
  • Clear boundaries define what an agent may handle independently and what must always go through human review.
  • AI agents run in an isolated sandbox, and AI usage follows security rules that can stand up to scrutiny from your security team.
  • Engineering leadership has AI costs under control and can continuously assess how AI usage affects development efficiency.

How it works

Don't expect theoretical training built around slide decks. We work through hands-on consulting and mentoring. We start with a free introductory call and a fixed-price initial assessment. You decide on every next step, and all work takes place directly in your repositories.

Free introductory call

Free

We discuss your team structure, technology stack, and what is holding you back today. We tell you directly whether an initial assessment makes sense, what it would involve, and what it would cost.

1

Initial assessment

Fixed price 2 days to 1 week

We speak with engineering leads and developers, review your repositories, CI/CD pipeline, and recent pull requests, and look at how the team works day to day. The result is a concise, practical report showing where AI is already saving time, where it is creating risks, and what is worth addressing first.

We adapt the scope to the size of your team, from two days for smaller teams to roughly a week for larger organizations. The price is always fixed and agreed in advance. There are no further commitments: you decide on every next step.

2

Process and policy design

Daily rate

Together, we design workflows tailored to your team: agent permissions and sandboxing, the scope of tasks suitable for delegation, code review rules, project configuration for your stack, and security guidelines for AI usage.

3

Hands-on workshop

1 to 2 days

The workshop takes place directly within your codebase and uses real tasks from your backlog. Developers try the new workflows in an environment they already know. The result is a working setup they can start using immediately in day-to-day development.

4

Hands-on support within your team

Daily rate Flexible scope

After the workshop, we can join your team directly for several days. We take part in stand-ups, pair with developers on their tasks, fine-tune the configuration, and solve concrete issues as they arise. This is where new practices become part of everyday work most effectively.

5

Ongoing support and mentoring

Monthly retainer (optional)

Optional monthly support includes regular consulting hours, updates to your workflows as new tools and models are released, and ongoing evaluation of their real impact on development.

Real-world engineering experience

We teach only the practices we use ourselves in day-to-day development.

INVISOFT is a Czech software company with many years of experience in custom software development. For the past two years, AI, especially Claude Code, has been one of our core tools for day-to-day development. We use it on production projects with fixed deadlines as well as on complex legacy systems. Along the way, we have hit dead ends, dealt with security risks, and optimized token usage. That experience has taught us what works in real-world development and what does not.

We use AI to perform security audits of large codebases, design multi-agent workflows, and work with legacy enterprise architectures where generic AI guidance often falls short. We also use AI in automated testing, from test design and implementation to end-to-end scenarios that verify real application behavior. Everything we teach is grounded in real software engineering practice, not theoretical courses.

That practical experience also helps us recognize when AI is not the best choice. If a traditional approach is faster, more reliable, or less expensive for a particular task, that is what we recommend.

A real-world example

A complete operations system for a Prague automotive service center specializing in transmissions, developed by our team with the help of AI agents: online booking, work order management, inventory, invoicing, practical AI features in daily operations, and integrations with external registries.

We use what we teach.

Everything we teach, from agent configuration and project structure to custom skills and secure sandboxing, comes from practices we use every day and adapt to specific technologies.

What we cover

We select topics based on your team’s needs and adapt them to your specific technology stack.

Security and isolation

Sandboxing and isolation of AI agents, secure management of API keys and certificates, protection against prompt injection attacks, control over AI-related dependencies, and prevention of sensitive data leaving your network.

Controlled delegation

Defining agent autonomy boundaries and automated safeguards, such as CI tests, gating, or limits on the allowed scope of changes, so tasks can be delegated without unnecessary risk of errors or unwanted modifications.

Structured development

Working from precise specifications, context engineering, a research–design–implementation cycle, custom skills, and specialized subagents. The goal is to move from ad hoc prompting to a repeatable engineering process.

Working with large projects

Effective context management in large repositories, breaking larger features into delegable steps, running agents in parallel, and conventions that keep code style consistent across the team.

Validation and code review

How to review AI-generated code effectively, use AI as part of code review, and treat tests as a firm contract for expected application behavior.

Governance and internal policies

Creating practical internal policies for AI usage, maintaining visibility into where AI contributes to code creation, and establishing the audit trails required in regulated industries.

Tools and cost optimization

Hands-on experience with Claude Code and tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and OpenAI Codex. Managing token budgets, choosing the right model for each task, and continuously evaluating cost versus value.

Legacy code and specialized technologies

How to work with AI agents in legacy projects (.NET Framework, Progress OpenEdge, internal build systems) and with technologies that lack high-quality public training data.

Who this is for

This service is designed both for individual developers who want to use AI agents at an advanced level and for entire development teams and engineering managers responsible for security, quality, and reliable project delivery.

For individual developers, we tailor the approach to their specific situation. Usually, an introductory call followed by several days of intensive pairing on their project is enough. For teams, we start with an initial assessment.

Independent developers and freelancers who want to use AI agents effectively on real-world projects.

Development teams in product companies, SaaS businesses, and software agencies, whether they manage one repository or dozens.

Teams working on large or legacy projects where generic guidance is no longer enough.

Engineering managers and CTOs who need confidence that AI-assisted code is safe in production and maintainable over the long term.

Teams that have already tried AI tools but have not achieved the expected productivity gains or have struggled with low-quality output.

Your code stays under your control

Working directly within your codebase is essential for meaningful AI adoption. That is why we take the protection of your data and intellectual property seriously.

  • Before we receive any access to your projects, we sign a standard NDA.
  • All hands-on work takes place in your environment and under your accounts, so your code remains fully under your control.
  • You decide which repositories we may access in read-only mode. Once the engagement ends, you simply revoke our access.
  • Neither the introductory call nor the interviews during the assessment require access to your source code.

Fair and transparent terms

No long-term commitments. You only pay for a specific step agreed in advance.

  • Introductory call: Free, with no preparation required.
  • Initial assessment: Fixed price based on team size, agreed after the introductory call.
  • Process design, developer workshop, and embedded team support: Daily rate agreed in advance. You choose the scope.
  • Ongoing support: Optional monthly retainer based on your needs.

We send you a specific written price proposal after the introductory call.
